So what’s a CLUD? 🤔
A CLUD is a Certificate of Lawful Use or Development. It’s an official document from the planning authority confirming that an existing use, building or operation is lawful and immune from enforcement action. In other words, it’s formal proof that everything is above board. 📜

We're delighted to share that we've submitted a planning application for a new commercial office unit in Comber — designed to complement a previously approved funeral church and tea rooms.

This new build will feature dedicated staff office space alongside a public showroom, with an aesthetic carefully designed to tie in seamlessly with the approved funeral building — creating a cohesive, considered development for the local community.
