Really enjoyed this job in Lostock hall. Removing old rotten wooden decking, partial rebuilding of framework, replacing with composite decking. Then installing a permanent awning.
Customer now has full cover from the elements on 1 decking, and full sun on the other decking.
Absolutely fantastic people to work for....never had so many brews or been so well fed !

Nice decking and pergola job in Leyland. Unused part of the side of the property. Started the job in constant rain, finished in glorious sunshine. Brilliant suntrap.

Lostock Hall. Decking and turf removal and gravel installation for a new shed, and bin stores.

Ended up changing the deck size, and then remove and rehanging the back gate to open outwards.
Can't wait to see all new furniture on the deck

Lower Penwortham. Wet and boggy garden.
Turf removal, avoiding existing land drains, fruit trees removed for later repotting, new decking installed. Whole garden raised over 3 inches including several tons of topsoil incorporated to help drainage and new turf establish. Gravel borders installed, again to help with drainage and also future grass moving.
Always nice to go back to a job, and see the final personalised touches customers carry out to their gardens

Markland Hill, Bolton.
Pruning, and training 26 mature pleached Pyrus Chanticleer (Ornamental Pear) trees. Over time they had grown 'leggy' and sparse, upwards and outwards, rather than providing the solid green screen they were originally planted to provide.
Removal of lots of crossed branches, epicormic growth, training in new growth and good high nitrogen feed.

In a couple of months, they will create a solid 'green screen'
Will update with new pictures, whilst I provide ongoing advice and support to the customer.

Nice little 4ft tall Prunus lusitanica hedge (Portuguese laurel) installed in regular customers front garden in Whittle-le-Woods.
Also some additional screening plants/ trees to further compliment last years plantings of pleached trees, photinias, bamboo in the back garden.

Buckshaw village. New house build comes without a garden.
Imported topsoil, rotovated, 80sq.m turf installed, 20sq.m decking installed to offset garden slope, still half the price house builder asking just for turfing.
