This property received a full exterior restoration and redecoration programme, including:

• Roof inspection with loose tiles repaired
• Existing cast iron downpipe removed and replaced
• Defective render removed and re-plastered
• New lead flashing installed
• Joinery repairs carried out to the shop frontage and signage where required
• Full exterior repaint completed in the existing colour scheme

All work carried out with attention to detail, ensuring the building was restored, protected, and finished to a high professional standard.
