Problem = Leaking flat roof of a front entrance hallway, which caused severe sub structural damage as you can see water damage and rot.
Action = striped back, removing damaged timber work, then we replaced & restored the timber work, adding a gradual slope to prevent happening again and water could flow away. Finished with felt, new lead work and restored copings. 🤩 THE REAL DREAM 🤩

All three chimneys were build with no lead trays so it meant that the chimneys allowed water to enter into the house.
We went with a painted render finish to break up the brick and give the house a more modern look.
