A few finished photos from a job we were heavily involved with earlier on in the year. We carried out all the ground works, the ground preparation works for the pavers, new drainage for the new lawns and of course all the joinery to create this amazing space for the very happy clients! Great job Rosehip Landscapes

These were a set of stairs we fitted just as we entered lock down last year. The house had been trimmed out downstairs and the upstairs left untouched, so we trimmed the upstairs out when we were there using oak skirting and architraves along with an oak Mexicano door. The stairs were made curved at the bottom to follow the shape of the wall and thankfully they fitted like a glove, albeit an extremely heavy oak glove😅😅.

This was a handrail job we carried out along a new section of walkways in Gilford. We had a 102mm x 54mm mahogany handrail to go on top of the stainless steel posts which would get a final coat of teknos oil to protect. We spent a few hours on site measuring all the individual pieces and headed back to the workshop to cut them to size, get the ends dominoed using the festool domino and then labelled up and brought to site for install.

This is an office fit out we carried out a while ago. It was for a property developer in Belfast. The property was an old derelict end terrace red brick house in Ballyhackamore. As you can imagine an old derelict red brick building takes a lot of extra work to bring back up to standard, but I think the guys here have a great space to work from and feedback is that they are delighted with the outcome.

Here’s a solid mahogany pergola we built for a customer last year in the workshop and then brought to site and built back together. It was great to get back to cutting big mortise and tenon joints along with the raked shoulder on the trusses. We concreted in 4 steel brackets that the legs would rest on and also allow the ground workers to finish their work and let us get to the workshop and craic on without any holdups!

This is a panelling job we carried out for Dave and Laura who are we had two sets of these bay windows to panel around at the front of the hose. We made two pillars at each end back in the workshop to make the panelling really stand out and make a great feature for the rooms.
