Sanding back and removing old oil from all worktops. Prepping and coating with 2No Coats of Osmo Worktop oil Matt Finish. Cut and remove old White Silicone around Kitchen Sink and re seal with White Bathroom Silicone. clean and tidy away.

Supplying mist coating for all areas requested to mist coat new plastered areas. Supplying Dulux White Vinyl Matt to be coated with 2No Coats on newly plastered ceiling and walls required. Supplying Dulux White satinwood as requested and prepping door linings, Architraves, Skirtings and 3No doors before coating with 2No coats of Dulux white Satinwood. Clean and tidy away.

Supplying and fitting 12x12 Quadrant around 4No Windows as requested silicone around Quadrant and Seal between window boards and windows. Supplying Fire mastic and seal around 2No Fire Loft hatches to apply with fire safety.

Supplying and Fitting New Softwood Handrail and bespoke Timber supports to take handrail brackets. Bespoke timber supports to have mouldings around edges for decorative feature. Coating timber support with 2No coats of Dulux White Primer undercoat and top coating with 2No coats of Dulux Buttermilk Satinwood to match dado rail. Coating Softwood handrail with 2No coats of light oak stain to match existing staircase. Clean and tidy away.
