How do we work at Escott ?

1- Consultation/Design 📋
The consultation is usually carried out by our landscaper, in person and can last 1h. During this meeting, we will discuss with you your project ideas and aspirations for your outdoors in order to produce a first sketch along with a first estimate. The package also includes a document listing different possible materials to use for your garden. The estimate indicate the likely cost of the build based on the proposed design. This will enable you to gauge whether the design is achievable within your budget. At this point you can make any changes to the design, and discuss your preferred materials.
2- The final quote 📧
Once you have agreed the final design and materials, Escott build an accurate quote reflecting the actual cost. All our quotes are based on a fixed price so no extra hidden cost for you.
3- The Build ⛏
When the design and the quote agreed, we can finally proceed to the final stage : the build. Our office team will get in touch with you to finalize the contract and organize the beginning of the work and delivery of materials. At this point, we ask the client to make a first deposit towards materials, following by staged payments throughout the project depending on the size of this one.
