Moss and W**d Killer Treatment: This treatment is carried out on all lawns , New and Old. The treatment is designed to eradicate moss build up and invasive lawn weeds taking over the lawn. This process is usually carried out before a Scarification and can be done in Spring and Autumn. Feed and W**d: T
his treatment is usually carried out every 11 weeks to a lawn. Simply its an application with a spray over the whole lawn to kill off any young or emerging weeds (usually carried out on a still day with no breeze to prevent drift). Then the lawn has an application of fertiliser with a spreader, to provide a constant slow-release fertiliser. Scarification: Scarification is a process with the use of a Mower like machine that removes all the dead grass, moss and thatch from the lawn surface. It allows better air circulation and helps with drainage and allows newer grasses to emerge to create a healthy lawn. Aeration: This process involves making holes in the lawn surface by removing stale carbon dioxide in the soil, reducing compaction and allowing rich oxygen into the soil thus stimulating and encouraging strong root growth. We recommend that lawns should be aerated at least once a year. Top Dressings: Top dressings is a combined compost like loam often with a lawn seed used to level out a lawn to remove inconsistencies, humps, lumps and hollows therefore to create a lush level lawn.
