Job: Forklift Driver / Yardman / Delivery Driver

Job Overview
Banbury Roofing Centre Limited - local suppliers of all pitched roofing materials - are seeking a Forklift Driver/Driver/Yardman to join their team.

Duties
Loading and unloading lorries (manually and mechanically).
Putting deliveries away.
Deliveries on behalf of the company in max 3.5-ton vehicle.
Keeping vehicles clean and tidy.
Driving a counterbalanced Forklift.
Helping and serving customers with various roofing products.
Keeping a clean, tidy, and well organised yard.
Skills

Forklift Licence.
Clean UK Driving Licence.

We are looking for ROOFING TRAINEES in the following areas:

-OX7
-OX9
-OX10
-OX26

A Roofing Trainee will work and learn how to lay traditional roofing. We specialise in Heritage and Conservation refurbishment's and new builds. This can involve using a range of different materials, such as Slates and Tiles.

The job requires applicants to work under a supervisor who will train them and provide transport to various sites. The sites can be up to 70 miles away from OX16 4RZ (Attleys Roofing Ltd Head Office). Whilst training practically on the roofs we would also invest in upskilling you and putting you on the relevant courses overtime.

Pay: £80.00 starting day rate (this will be reviewed after a 3-month trial)
Workdays: Monday-Friday on site between 8:00am – 4:00pm
Required Skills: No skills required
Required Licences: CSCS Card preferred but not essential
