Another one bites the dust.
Finished yesterday and one extremely happy customer. Bathroom gutted, all tiles removed, window wall was soaking so had to be dried out. When it was dry it was primed and tanked. Shower moved to opposite wall. All new sanitaryware, lvt flooring and pvc panels. Customer got all her goods from CCT Bathrooms.

Another one complete. Bathroom was complete gutted back to the studwork as this was tiles over tiles. Walls reboarded and plastered. 800x1100 tray installed along with 3 meterwide pvc panels, gunmetal showerdoors, chrome rain shower, lvt flooring, beautiful 600 wide vanity unit with gun metal tap and BTW toilet.

Well here we go. The customers put alot of thought into this bathroom and spared no expense. Here is the final product, 1700x700 black slate tray along with black rain shower and wet room screen, BTW toilet, low profile wall mounted vanity unit, designer radiator, black bathroom grade laminate flooring, herring bone style board on the long wall, larisa composite boarding on the rest of the walls, and a pvc ceiling

So for the past lot of weeks I have been working on and off on this refurb as no one is living in the house at present. Alot of work has went into it as the customer wanted the tiolet moved which unlucky for me as it was incased in concrete and 2 feet deep. All pipework was tracked into the floor and walls aswell, this is the kind of work that u dont see.

Out with the old and in with the new. Bathroom completely gutted, basin and radiator moved. 1500x900 rectangular tray installed with 1200 wetroom screen and rainhead shower. New back to wall toilet, wall mounted vanity unit and new radiator. Checkout the before and after pics

I was called out to this job on Wednesday as the showerdoors where leaking. Upon inspection I found that the tray was moving. So unfortunately it means it needs removed and refitted. So doors, shower and tray where removed and tray was bedded down properly, 2 meterwide pvc panels fitted and shower and doors refitted and sealed the way it should be done.

I was called out to this job as the shower doors where leaking. The ladie in the apartment had a few plumbers out to reseal the doors, had they removed the doors to reseal properly they would have realised that there was movement in the tray which meant it could never be sealed properly without leaking. So out of the old and in with the new. New 900 quad tray, door, rainhead shower and 2 meterwide panels. Always great to get a qee thank u card. 😊😋

Bathroom completed last week. Bathroom gutted, pipework altered, new floor down, this Bathroom has one of the smallest baths I've ever fitted it's only 700 wide which is standard by 1300 long, standard bath is 1700. Wall mounted bath taps, corner vanity basin, original toilet was reused and a flat towel rail. Customer supplied all the goods.
