We are small family run business. It takes at least 5 hours to go out and see the customer chat about what they want, draw plans and price the kitchen. Now I know that maybe the price isn’t what they expect and that’s ok because we are not going to get every kitchen we price but for a potential customer to then take my design and go get it cheaper and of lesser quality with the likes of B&Q, howdens, star plan and Ikea to name a few is unfair.. This has happened far too often and unfortunately going forward we will not be releasing plans unless there is a small deposit which will come off the price of the kitchen. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting us.

Customer just wanted a wee change and that’s exactly what she got! What a difference!! Removing the island and using light natural colours really opened up the kitchen making it feel much bigger and brighter.
