Flat roof done last week 11.5mts by 5.5mts done in Epdm rubber in one sheet so less likely to fail unlike other materials on the market.
Roof was done with stones and butyl rubber with an over lay stones which covered the old torch on felt causing the chip board to sweat and rot.

Eaves Protection System.
Incorrectly fitted by a well known company. We are returning to re do it after the customer has already paid someone.
Customer would never have known had they not got a damp patch on his wall.

Unfortunately, people just dont learn
This customer was charged £1250 to repoint the ridges if you could even call it that. They were there for an hr and that's the way it was left.
They cold called to the elderly couples door and sold them a horror story .which they fell for.
Surely, I have enough people on this page that can forward this on and share to try and make sure this doesn't happen to you or your vulnerable relatives. The people in question spoke in an Irish accent, so no more needs to be said. Ween the fkers out and stop giving them your hard earned money.

Job completed today in Donaghadee with a breathable high quality roofing membrane covered with an Antique Red flat tile along with black ridge tiles secured with a Dry ridge kit for added ventilation to go along with the inline custom made ventilation tiles. Also fitted is a dry verge kit also in black to add to the contrast. Job took 5 days to complete.

Do you have condensation in your roof you may need roof vents.
These tile roof vents are the universal type which fit most types of tiles.
You can get vents that fit the profile but are a bit more expensive.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear, and these people are still out there doing this sort of work and over pricing. Incase you are not aware the grey plastic is called EPS (eaves protection system. )
This is supposed to go under the felt and into the gutter to prevent water from getting into the cavity if you ever get a broken tile where water may get in. This prevents water getting into the cavity if fitted correctly and, in turn prevents damp patches on your internal walls.
