Celebrating 35 Years of The Big Issue! 🥳 🎂

What a fantastic night at Macbrook Gas, commemorating 35 years of The Big Issue! We are incredibly proud to collaborate with this amazing organisation, helping people find work in the communities we serve.

It was a pleasure to catch up with our good friend .easington MP and MP, and of course, to enjoy a live performance by our fellow Liverpudlians, The Zutons! 🎶

A special shoutout to Sir John Bird, the inspiring founder of The Big Issue, who shared his incredible journey with us. We also want to express our gratitude to the who connected us with The Big Issue.

And let’s not forget Colin Murray, our amazing host for the evening what a true gem!

🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Macbrook Gas Ltd! 🎉

Today marks a significant milestone for us as we celebrate our 10th birthday! It feels like just yesterday when we were starting out with our very first two vans, working tirelessly through 7 day weeks and long hours with a dream of being one of the biggest heating companies in our local area! Little did we know the growth we would see!

Fast forward a decade, and we proudly boast a fleet of over 70 vans, backed by a fantastic team of operatives and dedicated staff in our back office. Our journey has transformed from a humble “man in a van” to a thriving multi-million pound business that operates across the length and breadth of the UK. 🚐💨

We are also excited to share that our new headquarters is nearly complete, providing us with the resources to better serve our clients and community. Additionally, we’ve established in more recent years a training centre to support local businesses and enhance the skills of our in house teams.

A heartfelt thank you to every single person who has been part of this incredible journey from Steven Gallagher in our early days delivering oil boilers in Eco2 when we were very much the new kids on the block Steven guided us through the process effortlessly something we will always be grateful for, to the more recent years & the gang at who have been amazing partners supporting us thorough many schemes, the advice and support you guys have gave us over the many years of working together has truly made this journey possible!

At Macbrook Gas, we believe renewable energy should make a real difference in the communities that need it most and what better place to start than where it all began for our Directors Johnathan & Caroline!

In partnership with , we donated a full solar PV system to Kirkdale St Laurence Primary School in Liverpool.
The project helps the school reduce energy costs while supporting families in a community facing economic challenges.

2025 wasn’t just about installs, servicing and emergency call-outs it was about impact.

We’ve supported Norwich City F.C., backed our local community, donated to multiple charities, and continued to show up both on and off the job.

From major projects to helping homeowners when they needed us most, 2025 has been built on hard work, growth and giving back.

New partnerships. Bigger opportunities. Stronger relationships.

We’re proud of everything we achieved in 2025 but we’re not slowing down.

2026… we’re here to do even more. Bigger projects. More community support. Higher standards.

We’re thrilled to share a snapshot from our recent gathering featuring our Director, Johnathan McKenna, alongside Caroline Kuchta from the IAA, Lewis Gardener from Macbrook, and Trevor Fisher, Manager of our training facility NGEO in Norfolk.

It was a fantastic day dedicated to exploring collaboration and discussing how we can enhance compliance in our industry through training, awareness, and upskilling.
