Big tidy up Today

Hi all
It has come to my attention that a customer of ours has been bad mouthing me and my company, due to this I feel that I need to provide an explanation to what has happened.
A so called customer, who constantly recorded me working on there back garden without me knowing from day one which by the way is not legal.
After completion they were asked if they were happy at what we had done, their reply was I love it !!!
Then after 6 months they call me back saying a drain wasn't working properly, I went and rectified.
They called me back again saying the decking had broke, I went back to sort it out to discover that the decking board had been cut with a hand saw. Strange but true !!!
Replaced the board with a new one, as we were there the customer said that the patio area was holding water, checked with the level and it was fine but because they tried to say it wasn't right and threatened to give a bad review, I ripped out the aco channel and flags and relayed them.
Another 12 months later they again rang back, saying that the Grass and railway sleeper was loose, I tried to arrange visits on several occasions but could get access due to there dog being at home locked inside.
I managed to go back and after see what the problem was and started to fit a new beading around the grass to hold it in place so there was no more trips for the customers as the glue had failed twice.
I went back the day after to finish and the customers decided to rip out what I had done the day before !! Who does that !!!
Who is the professional and has been doing it since the 1990s?
It then seems fit for them to put it about that no one should touch us like the plague, really !!!
I could name and shame them but as people who know me I don't bicker and I'm not a back stabber.
I could even warm contractors not to do any sort of works for them but I won't.
So to put everyone ones mind at rest we are still trading and we are not cowboys.
I hope we can now put this to bed.

🔥Me and the lads have had a busy couple of months ripping out and doing the groundwork’s. Railway Sleeper’s now in and a completed new border fence, on with stoning up ready for the Artificial Grass , Indian Paving and the decking area,here are a few photo’s so far, we can finally start the final stage’s now ! 👌🏼
