A new one for us installing a window between a hallway and a living room I was apprehensive, but we are really pleased on the final design as was the interior designer who happened to be the homeowner. Another kitchen/diner renovation taking wall out between kitchen and dining room and opening up back of house to extension making new toilet and utility space with open plan kitchen/diner with newly fitted and new sliding patio doors and new windows to rear of property.

Not posted in a while so here is 2 kitchen knock through that we have completed both on the same new build estate through recommendations. One was extending kitchen into garage, adding new window to back, fully plastering, self levelling floor through out adding vinyl click flooring to all downstairs and fully paint newly extended kitchen.

Second was knocking kitchen through into extension to make a big open plan kitchen diner and changing of kitchen worktops.

This is a job we did in Clayton le moors at a factory there was already a little office to the front but more space was needed. We knocked through the back of the office into the old toilet blocks getting rid of the old toilets and sinks sorting the pipe work and blocking of the main drains. We added a window to the end of the office, boarded and skimmed throughout adding new skirtings and woodwork. Finally painting throughout walls, ceiling, woodwork and floor in industrial floor paint.

A kitchen knock through we have just completed. Job included ripping out existing kitchen, supporting back of house and internal wall to be able to install new connecting steels, boarding and bonding where needed and full reskim through. Media wall recently completed in Clitheroe with led lighting tracks installed and lift away bottoms and backs on bottom shelves for storage. Really enjoyed this one and I think it turned out really well.
