A concrete slump test takes minutes, but it tells you everything about the mix.

Before any pour, the question is simple. Will this concrete place properly, or cause problems on site?

The slump test answers that by measuring how the concrete flows and holds its shape. It is a quick check of workability and consistency before anything is poured.

If the slump is wrong, the risks are immediate. Too wet and you lose strength. Too dry and placement becomes difficult.

That is why it matters.

It is not just a test. It is a final check before the job starts.
