🚨 Emergency Call-Out – Electrical Safety Matters 🚨
We were recently called out to an emergency after the customer could smell electrical burning (often burning plastic or some describe as a fishy smell) instead of thinking nothing of it, they called us to carry out an inspection, where we found a double socket had suffered severe heat damage, due to loose and poorly terminated connections behind the faceplate. As you can see, the wiring had overheated to the point of insulation breakdown, creating a serious fire risk inside the wall.
This type of fault often goes unnoticed until it’s too late. Regular inspection, testing, and correct installation are essential to keeping your home and family safe.
