The London team recently completed a major autodialler upgrade project across a large residential development - 23 passenger lifts requiring coordinated works in an occupied building.

Here's what the property manager had to say:

“Rob and his team at SW Lifts have provide a first class service. Rob and his team are incredibly responsive to emails and calls and will ensure the team go the extra mile to resolve issues when they arise. Engineers are knowledgeable and always take the time to communicate next steps before leaving site where further works are required.

The recent lift line upgrade project across 23 lifts was carried out in a professional manner with limited disruption to residents and once again clear communication to helped ensure staff and residents were aware of any downtime for lifts during the works.

Congrats to our office manager Amelia!

Last weekend she ran the London Half Marathon, raising £675 for Tommy's, the pregnancy and baby charity. That's way over her target of £350!

A new PB half marathon time for an amazing cause. We couldn't be prouder. 👏🏼

Happy International Women's Day!

A century ago, women operated the lifts. Today, they maintain them.

During both World Wars, women stepped into roles across British industry that had never been open to them before, including as lift attendants in the department stores, hotels and offices that kept the country going. It was a job that required skill, composure and reliability every single day.

That legacy lives on. The number of women now entering lift engineering across the UK is growing, and it's an exciting shift for the whole industry.

Here's to the women who have always kept things moving.

We had a fantastic training day here at our new Exeter offices! 🎓

A big thank you to Dave Little from Shorts Lifts for coming out to deliver specialist training on the DMG PB4 controller for our engineers.

It was a brilliant session and a great opportunity for our team to deepen their knowledge and confidence with this equipment. We're committed to keeping our engineers at the top of their game, and days like this make all the difference.
