🌿 40 Metre Hedge Removal Completed!

Another challenging hedge removal job recently completed by the team!

This hedge was approximately 40 metres long and 9ft high, making it a substantial job from start to finish.

The work involved:

🔹 Complete removal of the existing hedge

🔹 Cutting and processing a large volume of green waste

🔹 Using our wood chipper to efficiently process the larger material

🔹 Removal of an old metal fence

🔹 Removal of numerous concrete fence posts

🔹 Full clearance and tidy-up of the area

With the hedge growing around and through the old fencing and concrete posts, careful removal was required to ensure the area was cleared efficiently and safely.
Another big transformation completed by the team, leaving the area clear and ready for its next stage. 💪🌳

A huge thank you to Martina Bryant for the card and beers it’s very much appreciated! 🍺😊

Over the summer holidays, we applied to the council for a Young Person’s Work Permit so that Harry, who previously completed work experience with us, could join the team and earn some money during his school holidays.

We’re pleased to say the application was accepted, giving Harry the opportunity to gain even more hands-on experience while working alongside the team. 🌿💪

Harry has really enjoyed his time with us, getting involved with the day-to-day work and continuing to develop his skills and confidence.
It’s been great to see him getting stuck in, learning new things and gaining valuable experience in the industry.

We’re proud to have been able to give him the opportunity! 👏

🌿 HEDGE TRIM & REDUCTION COMPLETED 🌿

Another hedge job completed today by the Fresh Start team! 💪🌳

We carried out a hedge trim and reduction, using our 14ft tripod ladder to safely reach the required height and achieve a neat, even finish.

🐦 Before starting any work, the hedge was carefully inspected for bird nesting to ensure the work could be carried out responsibly and with wildlife in mind.

Another job completed to a high standard, leaving the hedge looking much neater and more manageable. 👌
