🏡 Planning Approval Secured

We're delighted to announce planning approval for the demolition of existing agricultural barns and the construction of two contemporary countryside homes at Atherington.

The scheme replaces redundant buildings with thoughtfully designed dwellings that blend modern family living with rural character. Natural stone, timber cladding, slate roofs and extensive glazing help the homes sit comfortably within their surroundings while delivering high-quality, energy-efficient accommodation.

From submission on 17 March through to approval on 1 June, this project progressed smoothly thanks to a collaborative approach between the client, local authority and our design team.

A few weeks ago some of the team had the pleasure of taking part in the charity golf day organised by , helping to raise an incredible £1,500 for North Devon Hospice.

We won't be sharing our scorecards (for everyone's benefit!), but we can confirm we weren't last! ⛳️
