Planning permission achieved!
We’re very pleased for the client to have secured planning permission for a new, bespoke single dwelling in Buckland Brewer, North Devon.
The house has been carefully designed to respond to its rural setting, making the most of the far-reaching countryside views while creating a high-quality, contemporary home.
The proposals include:
• High-quality, durable materials
• Solar PV panels
• Air source heat pump
• Sustainable design principles
• SuDS drainage to manage surface water naturally
• Carefully considered landscaping and integration with the surrounding countryside
