Just a little insight into one of our projects that is nearing completion.
This property has undergone extensive upgrades, including a new extension, the creation of an open-plan ground floor layout with multiple structural steel installations, and further structural alterations upstairs. A large dormer extension has also been added, creating space for two new bathrooms while allowing us to renovate and enhance the existing areas throughout the home.
We are currently completing the external improvements, so keep an eye out for further updates as the project progresses.

Why Cork?

Cork insulation is a natural and eco-friendly way to keep your home warm and cosy.

It has many benefits, such as its environmental friendliness, thermal resistance, breathability, soundproofing, and water resistance.

It can help to prevent black mould spots by eliminating the thermal bridge. It can also be installed with minimal disruption in most cases as the existing skirting, sockets and any coving can be left intact.

Once the cork has been applied it can be finished with a modern or traditional plaster.

This gentleman is an absolute legend!

I worked under the supervision of John back in my London days.
