🔨 JOB OPPORTUNITY – GENERAL LABOURER / SEMI-SKILLED OPERATIVE 🔨
GS Construct are looking for a reliable General Labourer / Semi-Skilled Operative to join our team and assist with the build and completion of external finishes.

Duties will include:
Mixing materials
Cutting and preparation
Moving and organising materials/logistics
Assisting trades
General labouring duties
Helping with various aspects of external finishing works
Employed or self-employed positions considered.
Requirements:
Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team
Previous construction/site experience preferred
Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
Driving licence will be checked

Just a little insight into one of our projects that is nearing completion.
This property has undergone extensive upgrades, including a new extension, the creation of an open-plan ground floor layout with multiple structural steel installations, and further structural alterations upstairs. A large dormer extension has also been added, creating space for two new bathrooms while allowing us to renovate and enhance the existing areas throughout the home.
We are currently completing the external improvements, so keep an eye out for further updates as the project progresses.

It can help to prevent black mould spots by eliminating the thermal bridge. It can also be installed with minimal disruption in most cases as the existing skirting, sockets and any coving can be left intact.

This gentleman is an absolute legend!

I worked under the supervision of John back in my London days.
