Clayewater Homes is pleased to announce the upcoming delivery of two new residential developments across the South West, bringing forward 66 high-quality affordable homes.

The projects include:
• Beach Road, Woolacombe – 21 homes
• Stoke St Michael – 45 homes

These developments will provide much-needed housing while supporting sustainable growth across local communities.

Tender opportunities for these schemes will be released shortly.
We are actively looking to engage with contractors and supply chain partners interested in working with us.

In addition, tendering has now commenced for Phase 2 of our Torrington development, comprising a further 43 homes.

Social and Affordable Housing in the South West of England

Great news today! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for our latest development at Stoke St Michael, Coal Pit Lane, which will deliver 45 much-needed affordable homes for the local community.

We’re excited to be bringing this scheme forward with Curo, and with this approval now secured, we now have around 300 homes across the South West either already under construction or in due course for delivery — with even more sites progressing through the pipeline.

Huge thanks to everyone involved so far. Momentum is strong, progress is clear, and it’s an exciting time for all of us at Clayewater Homes as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality homes across the region.

Exciting progress at our Torrington development! 🏗️

Phase 1 of our Clayewater Homes project with AsterGroup is moving ahead rapidly. The site is really taking shape, with many of the 59 affordable homes now well underway.

We’re also delighted to share that Phase 2, comprising 144 new homes, has now been granted planning approval and will be starting shortly — continuing our commitment to delivering much-needed, high-quality, affordable housing for the local community.

Great progress and teamwork from everyone involved — we’re excited to see this development continue to grow!
