Bathroom completed for a lovely customer.
Full room rip out and replacement floor.
First fix pipework and new boxing.
Fully plastered after removing tiles.
New lighting and extractor fan.
Shower removed and airing cupboard removed.
Bath fitted with a shower.
Newly located heating towel rail
Wall hung sink and new toilet.

Different kind of job undertaken for a customer.
Full loft re boarded. Joists unable to be walked on and all at different heights.
Mezzanine floor to level to whole loft and then boarded. New loft hatch and all new lighting fitted job completed and rubbish clearance organised for customer.

Another install completed for a very happy customer.
Old open vent to combi system swap.
All tanks removed from the loft and hot water cylinder.
All dead legs removed from hot water and heating system.
New legs fitted for new bathroom radiator. Ready for new bathroom.

Pipework fitted under boiler so the washing machine fits into place.
Gas pipe up rated by digging up floor.
Heating filter, filling loop and cold water arrestor fitted under sink out of view.
Tested and commissioned all paperwork filled in 100%.

Removed and replaced this gas fired water heater with a A rated unit as per regs.
New unit is a condensing unit and required a pump to be fitted to find a suitable drain point.
Customer extremely happy with this job.

System change over from a micro bore piped heating system and open vent hot water cylinder.
All new pipework and radiators through the house and new combi boiler fitted.
All tanks removed and house changed over to mains in the kitchen and all unnecessary water pipes and dead legs removed. 
Every downstairs radiator has a drain c**k lock shield for future proofing.
This was the first service visit as I didn’t take pictures when I fitted the system.
Job complete in 3 days for a 90+ year old couple while they had a break in a hotel by the sea.
They are both so happy with the system as they old one had completely failed with blocked pipework as it was over 40 years old and no chemical clean would get it going again.
The system had been chemically flushed over 6 times in 6 years as you can’t use a power flush on micro bore pipework.
Each time after 8+ months the system would stop working again.
Due to the customers age they couldn’t be with out heating so the choice was made by there children we gave up trying to keep it going and to do the whole system.
Since the install the system hasn’t missed a beat and the house is nice and warm.
(If you like sitting in a sauna but at there age they are always cold even with it sitting at nearly 25°)
The pictures are a bit busy but couldn’t start moving all there stuff around.
