A wander around beautiful gardens, plenty of stopping to admire the flowers, a bit of sunshine and absolutely no rushing anywhere.

Sometimes the simplest afternoons are the best ones. Just a little time together, a change of scenery and the chance to properly slow down.

And this morning’s little thing? Fresh sweet peas, ready to welcome today’s guests to the shepherd’s hut.

A simple bunch of flowers, a warm welcome, and a little bit of homegrown happiness.

Sometimes, it really is the smallest things that make the biggest difference.
