As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Tiler to join our team and oversee all aspects of tiling operations.
Job Description: As the Tiler, you will be responsible for managing all tiling activities across various projects. This includes the installation process, ensuring quality control, and handling client communications. A key part of your role will also involve preparing accurate substrates for tiling jobs, ensuring that all areas are prepped to standard, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undergo Tiling projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide on-site support.
* Maintain strong client relationships, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in tiling, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Strong understanding of various tiling materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Willingness to travel as required. (Own vehicle is preferred, but not compulsory)
