Before and after on the last few days job. Originals joists had been severely affected by wood worm and damp so there was no saving them.

All ripped out , DPM laid out and re joisted through both rooms insulated and new T&G T5 boards glued and screwed . Now the client can make plans to upgrade the walls and ceilings in the near future and get their living area back to enjoy for many years to come . One piece of the puzzle completed for this customer ✅

Another damp job complete . Hacked back . Injected . Slurried . Customer opted for a frame and boarded solution and additional sockets . Clean and tidy 👌🏻 have a great weekend all
