Another project finished last year. Full timber frame house build with dormer 🔨🪚🔨🪚.

Construction of full house, roof and dormer. Multiple steels used throughout to take the span of the floors. Pitched roof for the front and flat roof for the dormer and flat roof used for back extended part of second floor.

Both flat roofs covered with rubber fitted by ourselves and dormer also cladded to give a superb finish 👌🏼. Two staircases fitted for first and second floors. Internal pictures to follow soon.

Haven’t posted on here for over a year but have been so busy with a good few big projects getting completed last year in my busiest year to date.

This project down the waterfront was a full knock through of the bottom floor with all stud walls taken out. Opened up the back of the house with steel put in and new sliding doors with solid split window on the side. Kitchen from wren.

Loft conversion with dormer. Steels, joists, frame work and roof completed. Matching back end of roof from dormer to extension, the front with two velux openings and drop down roof to extension. 🔨🪚🔨🪚

This was a quick turn around from start to finish, we haven’t had the best weather to get it to this point but made sure the house stayed as dry as possible whilst open.

Big project on newly developed building in Barry, creating 7 apartments. Completed not so long ago. Carried out all first and second fix carpentry work which included:-

• 7 kitchens
• Structural work carried out around staircase openings.
• Two staircases fitted with handrail and spindles.
• Relevant stud work and plasterboard around staircases with suitable capping.
• 30 internal doors, handles, latches and linings.
• Skirting and architrave throughout all 7 of the apartments, along with hallway and lobby areas.
• 7 fire doors fitted on entrance to apartments.
• Relevant stud work and 3 fire doors fitted in each of the hall ways.
• Cupboards made up to box in boilers fitted with doors in certain apartments.
• Eves cupboards on top floor for extra storage.
• Carpet tiles fitted throughout hall ways and staircases.
• All bath panels and relevant boxing in of pipes in each bathroom.
• Ceilings and walls plasterboarded where needed.

Haven’t posted on here for a while, visited a extension completed a while ago 🔨🪚🔨🪚. Going back and seeing the finished project painted and light fittings 👌🏽.

Herringbone flooring, in-frame kitchen, volted ceiling with ruffed up beams for feature with velux for extra light.

•Felt and battened, velux fitted ✅
•Roof slated with relevant flashing up each side of wall and around velux ✅
•Dry ridge system fitted and cemented top and bottom ✅
•Facia, soffit and guttering completed ✅
•Insulated ready for cladding finish inside ✅

Couple of jobs completed before end 2022 🪚🔨🪚🔨.

• First - Hand cut roof for a sizeable extension. Ridge, two hips and two valleys. Always pleasing when finished.

• Second - Bespoke panelling throughout hall, stairs and landing. Didn’t manage to get the final finishing pictures when painted. But still a great job and really makes the hallway stairs etc stand out.

Bathroom transformation completed a month or so ago 🪚🔨🪚🔨.

Full rip out of old bathroom. Walls and ceiling completely stripped, re-insulated, boarded and tiled with the feature of mosaic strip through the middle of bath wall and in the pocket for storage.

Old velux ripped out and new one installed.

Also 6 oak doors swung throughout downstairs.
