Another project finished a few weeks ago down the waterfront. Pretty similar to the last one with a few adjustments. Full knock through taking all stud walls down to open up the whole of the downstairs area creating a big open living space. Opened up the back of the house with steel posts, steel RSJ and bifold doors put in. Kitchen supplied by wren. Media wall and under stair storage down stairs and upstairs with push fit draws and doors. All new stoplights, sockets, under unit lighting and outside lighting carried out by A.Lake Electrical and all plumbing work carried out by C.Brooke Plumbing.

Another project finished last year. Full timber frame house build with dormer 🔨🪚🔨🪚.

Construction of full house, roof and dormer. Multiple steels used throughout to take the span of the floors. Pitched roof for the front and flat roof for the dormer and flat roof used for back extended part of second floor.

Both flat roofs covered with rubber fitted by ourselves and dormer also cladded to give a superb finish 👌🏼. Two staircases fitted for first and second floors. Internal pictures to follow soon.

Haven’t posted on here for over a year but have been so busy with a good few big projects getting completed last year in my busiest year to date.

This project down the waterfront was a full knock through of the bottom floor with all stud walls taken out. Opened up the back of the house with steel put in and new sliding doors with solid split window on the side. Kitchen from wren.
