🔨 🪵 Here’s an attic conversion we insulated , plaster boarded and plastered a few weeks ago .

🪚 We used the ‘ Actis hybris ‘ insulation system , including ‘Actis super quilt ‘ over the ceiling and counter battoning for the new board .

All work finished to a very high standard , and all compliant with building regs for fire safety and UV value ✅ 👌🏻

☀️ Got the pleasure of working on this lovely property in Sully ☀️.
And what a job it turned out to be 😍

Laid over 140m2 of 600x 900 porcelain slabs in some crazy heat 🥵.
But it’s 💯 all worth it when you see the final product 😮‍💨👌🏼.

💙 🌊 Hallway and downstairs toliet I completed a few months back .
Laid some beautiful large format 1200 x 600 porcelain tiles, adding some major colour as you enter the house 🤩.

Renewed the old tired downstairs bathroom , again adding some colour with the same floor , and lovely white, grey and blue coloured mosaic tiles to tie in with the rest 👌🏼

☀️ New porcelain patio for a lovely family ready for the summer ☀️.

Removed an old tired sandstone patio that wasn’t laid the best, no sub base and a few other bits like drainage etc that needed some major attention .

Laid some beautiful mid grey 900 x 600 porcelain tiles and it’s Safe to say the customers are over the moon with the results 👌🏼

Transformed and Brightened up this garden using some lovely light grey porcelain 👌🏼

🍂 Customer didn’t want porcelain . So I Got to lay some lovely ‘Autumn brown’ Indian sandstone for a change🙂
Finished off with a matching boarder and decorative stone 👌🏼🍂

Renewed the whole downstairs with some
Fresh 6mm ply , prepped and filled ready for
The floor to be laid .

This job Turned out to be a much bigger job than expected 😩.

The sub floor was unbelievably bouncy so we had to rip it up, only to find the worst bit of workmanship I’ve ever seen .
It was laid on door stop resting on the concrete base , with no more than 30 screws in a 30m2 area 😬.
To top it off , there was a 1ft wide void running across the entire floor and a hidden main sewer manhole underneath it all 😮🤦🏻‍♂️. Found a fair few rats along the way 🤢 🐀.

After getting the floor liquid screeded and waiting 30 days to cure it was finally time to lay some tiles 👌🏼 unfortunately there was a manhole to now contend with, which the customer was not best pleased about having in her new kitchen. But we worked some magic and made it look almost unnoticeable 😮‍💨.

It’s fair to say the customers were over the moon with the finished product ☺️.

🍃🍂 Got the pleasure of laying this patio for the best family , using ‘ Kendla grey’ 900x600 porcelain. With views to die for 😍
Made the area bigger by adding the pathway into the patio itself .
To finish off , the Walls got cladded beautifully in a mix of grey split face style tile , with some more to go on the conservatory in the new year 👌🏼
