At TBH Surveyors we only have your best interests at heart so we do recommend having a 'Snagging Survey' on your new build.

A snagging survey is there to spot problems with your new build home. These may be small and cosmetic, to significant and structural. A snagging survey is a visual survey to check the quality of workmanship against applicable standards.

TBH chartered surveyors currently have a vacancy for a ambitious surveyor who need not be qualified but must be aiming towards Assoc. RICS. Ideally you will be at least halfway through either an HNC/ HND or similar or possibly the SAVA qualification. Ideally you will be located in the south Essex /East London area as this is where the company operates. We provide a full range of Residential and commercial Surveying and valuation services. A full clean driving license is essential. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual to gain the practical experience required to become Assoc RICS. We also offer a bursary scheme with the opportunity for fully funded BSc/MSc courses to achieve full chartered status. Package to be negotiated but will include company vehicle.
