A shorter week does not wait for anyone, especially with the summer construction season getting busier.

The team are finishing off a few jobs, including these aluminium louvre panels that have just been assembled and are now ready for painting.

Once coated and cured, they will be packaged up and sent out to site ready for installation. 🙌

Checks are carried out throughout manufacture, with in house fabrication and inspection processes in place to help maintain consistency across every project.

Working on large scale architectural developments leaves little room for error, so close attention is given to performance and finish quality, making sure each installation arrives on site ready to fit as intended.

A look back at one of our favourite projects, right in the middle of two London landmarks. 😍

Positioned between The Shard and Southwark Cathedral, this scheme introduced an additional level of modern office space complete with a communal roof terrace overlooking the city.

Working alongside envelope contractor Wallis Sheppard, we supplied the cladding for the new office space along with the corten roof planters that helped give the project its distinctive look.

At street level, a contemporary entrance treatment was developed to complement the existing nineteenth century building and bring the old and new parts of the project together.

A brilliant job to be involved in and one we're proud to see sitting within such a recognisable part of the London skyline.

It’s often the details you notice last that make the biggest difference.

Rainwater systems might not be the first thing you look at, but they still need to perform well and look right on site. When done properly, they sit neatly with the rest of the build and do exactly what they’re designed to do.

We produce a wide range of sizes and profiles in aluminium, zinc and galvanised steel, all made to suit specific project requirements. That includes downpipes, hoppers, gutters, along with the bracketry and shoes, with options such as joggle or butt-joggle joints available depending on the installation.

A bit of welding to keep things moving this morning.

It’s been just over a month since we got our THEO Laser Welder and it’s already become a key part of the shop floor.

Since installation, it’s been delivering consistent, accurate welds with minimal distortion, helping us maintain quality across the parts we manufacture.

We’ve also had it out on site for a few jobs, which has been a great test outside the workshop too! 🙌
