🔧 Another Project Completed – Kitchen Refurb & Upgrade 🔧

We’ve recently completed the electrical works on this kitchen renovation where a dividing wall was removed to create a much more open and usable space 👌

Our scope of works included:
⚡ Full reconfiguration of existing circuits
💡 Installation of new LED downlights throughout
✨ Feature pendant lighting over the dining area
🔌 New socket layout to suit the new kitchen design
🌿 External up & down lighting installed for a clean finish outside

Another job wrapped up upgrading outdated communal lighting to modern, energy-efficient solutions 💡

We replaced the existing fittings with LED microwave sensor bulkhead lights with emergency backup — giving the client:

✅ Automatic motion detection (no more lights left on)
✅ Improved visibility & safety in communal areas
✅ Emergency lighting in the event of a power cut

These upgrades are ideal for blocks of flats, HMOs and shared buildings looking to reduce running costs while staying compliant.

Out with the old, unsafe fuse boards and in with a modern consumer unit fully protected by RCBOs and surge protection ⚡

This upgrade massively improves:
✅ Electrical safety
✅ Protection against electric shock & fire
