This 1200x600 install we completed in a bar area just before Christmas — and it completely changed the feel of the space.

Installed over electric underfloor heating and finished with a uncoupling membrane to protect against movement and keep everything solid long term. No cutting corners — prep is everything on floors like this.

Large format tiles need a flat base, full coverage and proper levelling to keep it clean across the whole area. No lippage. No dips. Just sharp, consistent lines throughout.

That dark marble effect with the subtle gold veining under the lights… different level 👌

Grey 600x300 porcelain tiles laid in a brick bond pattern to keep the space clean and contemporary.

All completed & grouted within the day to keep the project moving for the kitchen fitter.
