Same house. Same street. Twice the bedrooms.
Swipe to see what we did with a standard 3-bed terrace in Southend and why it looks nothing like it used to.
The brief was simple: unlock everything this property had to offer without sacrificing quality for a single tenant.
So we went up, we went back, and we went through every wall.
↑ Up — a loft conversion with rear dormer turned dead roof space into full-height bedrooms
← Back — a 3-metre rear extension became the social heart of the home — open-plan kitchen and dining area built for communal living
↔ Through — a complete internal redesign introduced ensuites, fire safety compliance, and a layout that works as hard as the investment does
What this property looked like before our drawings: a 3-bedroom terrace with a separate kitchen, dining room, and an empty loft.
What it looks like now: a high-spec, 6-bedroom HMO with multiple ensuites, a large communal kitchen and diner, full planning approval, and building regulations sign-off.
One property. One design team. Six bedrooms. Investment-ready.
