Do you remember the garden room we were asked to take down because another contractor built it incorrectly and was unsafe ? Well… welcome to the finished article 😍

I genuinely don’t think I’ve seen a garden room/bar look this good — from the kitchen area, to the working beer tap, to the bathroom… where do I stop?

This project was a complete transformation, and seeing the final outcome makes all the hard work worth it.

We safely removed and disposed of the old asbestos sheeting, then finished with a fresh blue insulated render to match the school’s new colours — a great transformation all around.

Got to love an awkward little job! 😅

A client called about a leaking bathroom pipe that had been dripping straight into their newly fitted kitchen — unfortunately causing part of the ceiling to come down.
This one was a bit tricky due to the larder cupboard being so close to the ceiling, but we got it sorted. The ceiling is now looking spot on and ready for decoration, which the client will be taking care of next.

With the roofing works completed by another contractor, it was now our turn to install the new glass roof lights for our garden room project. This included fitting the internal supporting timber framework, and next we move on to the insulation stage.

Progress is coming together nicely and it’s great to see the space starting to take shape.
