We've been a little quiet on social media... but certainly not at work! 🌳💪

Here's Bobby and Ryan working in one of our favourite communities, Oakley, Hampshire, taking down a Lawson cypress and cutting back a few overhanging ash limbs to give our client more light and space for their next project.

Jacob, our firstborn, is the reason Axe & Son began. When he came along, Bobby wanted to build a business that gave him the flexibility to provide for his family while still being present for it.

Fast forward a few years, and the Axe Tribe is now five kids strong! Today, the whole crew came along to keep Bobby and Ryan fuelled with refreshments.

And at the end of the day… Jacob turns up, and Dad finally lets him have a go on the blower. Safe to say he absolutely loved it. 😄🍃

Five years on, still five-star strong ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

And a special mention today- happy anniversary to Ryan, marking five years TODAY since his first day working with us. A huge part of the journey since the early days of Axe & Son, and still going strong.

It's moments like these that remind us why we started it all.

Just a little personal share for our local community 💛
We’re thrilled to announce a new (and very small!) addition to the Axe & Son Ltd workforce - our fifth and final baby 👶🎉

It really doesn’t feel that long ago when we shared our very first post introducing Axe & Son Ltd, with just one little baby and a big ambition to build a trusted local tree surgery business. Five years later, not only has our client base grown 🌳, but so has the Axe family! All while continuing to grow and maintain a five-star reputation ⭐ right here in our local area.

The success of Axe & Son Ltd has always come down to doing things properly, careful planning, safe working practices, and treating every customer’s property with the same care and respect as our own 🏡. That commitment to quality and five-star service is what keeps our customers coming back year after year, and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued support 🙏.

Bobby would also like to thank all clients for their continued support. He didn’t manage to message everyone this year to wish them a Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year - it’s been a lively household with four young children, the usual seasonal bugs doing the rounds, and with baby number five due in less than two weeks, the Axe family is busy growing another future boss for the family business.

Since starting the business, that meaning has grown even stronger. What began with the “Son” in our name has since been joined by four more children, with a fifth baby on the way 👶❤️.
