Can I politely ask that if I have booked you in for a service that is no longer required that you give me at least 24 hours notice? And provide correct contact details for confirming.
I have lost a 4 hour slot today 😞 4 hours of my time and money that could have been earned elsewhere and I'm unable to contact the client.
I am a small business and I do what I do to help people enjoy their outside spaces and because I love gardening, however I still need to cover my costs.
I don't charge for cancelling, so please always get in touch if there are any issues.
