Not all loft conversions start easy…
This hip-to-gable Velux conversion came with a very weak existing ceiling, meaning extensive structural work and carefully planned new steel beams before the transformation could begin. Now it’s really taking shape. 🔨✨

•New build• Hip to gable loft conversion started today. This time with a rear flat roof dormer, creating new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Finished photos of a recent conversion in Wi******er. Most importantly the clients cat really enjoys the view too!

Hip to gable velux conversion in Southampton started this week. Creating new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Whilst on site we will be removing all the existing tiles and batten. Installing new breathable felt and batten, re using the old traditional clay tiles keeping this property water tight for another 100 years

•Loft conversion update•Structure, roofing, and first fixes done! Staircase installation scheduled for next week for client viewing.

Hip to gable Velux conversion on our Basingstoke renovation now ready for first fixes, scaffolding dropped next week ready to start the side extension whilst we finish off the loft fit out.✅🔨

Basingstoke renovation coming along now. Complete re roof very nearly complete. Steels & Materials delivered to site ready to start the loft conversion next week. Scaffolding booked to be taken down and then the side return extension will follow to open up the kitchen and fit a new ground floor bathroom.✅🔨
