As we head into the new April tax year, we wanted to give all our customers a quick update.

For the past 5 years, we’ve worked hard to keep our prices the same with no increases. However, due to rising costs, taxes, and the general cost of living, we’ve now had to make some changes to our boiler servicing and call-out charges.

We’ve kept this as fair and minimal as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

As always, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide you with our updated pricing.

🚨 A Serious Find 🚨

Annual servicing is always a must for gas appliances and here’s just one reason why!
During a warm air unit service Rory checked the entire flue route. He was asked if he knew what he was doing as previous engineers had never carried out a full inspection…..
He discovered the flue was spilling dangerous products straight into a bedroom and was told the marks had been there for awhile 🤯

The appliance was immediately made safe and capped as Immediately Dangerous (ID).
