Little artificial grass job from last week.

Our customer was tired of their grass struggling to grow in corners of garden and was keen to go down the low maintenance route, so chose some 38mm Kalahari from Grass direct.

We quickly dug out, Terram membrane and used Mot type 1 for sub base.
Going with a strong concrete edging system this grass is never coming loose.

Quick turn around, for a lovely customer in Winklebury today.
All materials had to come through the house, which wasn’t ideal, but karma was on our side today and strangely enough not a root in any of the post holes 😅 😊

Some concrete edging in today before the artificial grass installation.

Edging/frame is important when installing artificial glass as it allows the installer framework for fixing.
Timber edging works, but in time will deteriorate, using concrete will remain in tact until removed.

Nice little job to end the week
Lapped panels and 3in posts down, replaced by 4inch posts and 6ft slatted panels.
