on Saturday we went to repipe a blocked sink waste, only to find that although the sink waste was partially blocked we found that the soil stack for the flats above and below in crown heights was blocked solid

Inside a communal soil stack at Crown Heights in Basingstoke, only kitchen sink wastes use this stack, and this was on the 1st floor, other floors above
