The external pictures taken of a recent extension we have completed in Sandhurst.

We had a few issues with drainage on this extension as shared pipework ran through all the footings but happy to see the end product and love the look of it all 😍

We have floor to ceiling aluminium windows with a 3 pane sliding window and door fitted at either side.
It is a warm roof with a flat skylight on top to let in alot of light as the sun moves around the property.
All the fascias, soffits and gutters are black aluminium to match the windows with a hidden gutter on the roof running towards the outlets at the rear.

Very happy with the look of this one with the black aluminium facia really setting it apart.

⭐️After and before pictures of a kitchen completed this summer in Basingstoke ⭐️

We carried out the removal of the kitchen and internal wall before finding old leaking radiator pipes under the floor, we had to locate these, knock up the floor and repair the pipes/floor before carrying out the electrics, plastering, kitchen refit and flooring.

We love the end result on this project and had a glowing review from the customer to go with it 😁

Amazing transformation at this project 🌟

From 4 rooms, to 1 large kitchen diner with a small extension to the rear and utility room constructed in the garage.

We carried out alot of work here including the extension, walls removed, steels installed, kitchen moved to new location, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering and flooring.

We will upload some before and afters to follow.

Kitchen renovation completed in Hatch Warren, Basingstoke 😍

Wren railed kitchen install with flooring, skirting, moving the mains plumbing for the island and new electric points being altered.
We think the end result is stunning, especially with the island and led strip lights along the rails to add something a bit different to this kitchen

⭐️ Extension we completed last summer out in Sandhurst ⭐️

We removed an old conservatory from the rear of the property that the customer said was only useable for a couple months of the year and wanted a more useable space.
So we carried out this lovely extension with big bifolding doors and skylight to let in as much natural light as possible and removing internal walls/old doors to create this stunning open space.
The customer also asked us while we was carrying out this project, to install the new kitchen which we was more than happy to do so to complete this final look 😍

Also want to say thank you to all the trades that helped us on this project and carried out everything to our high standards 😁

Recent bathroom project completed in Hatch Warren, Basingstoke ⭐️

Complete rip out including plasterboard, new tiling to walls and flooring with sanitary ware and vanity units installed to give us this finished look 😍

⭐️ Wren kitchen completed in Basingstoke ⭐️

Standard refit of a kitchen after the customer done the removal for us. We installed/moved electrics for new positions, replastered the walls where old tiles had been removed and then installed the new kitchen to wrens design, maybe with a few adjustments.

Turning an old garage space into 2 lovely rooms with natural light and a downstairs toilet, making it more practical and liveable for the customer 🏡

We removed the flat roof, installing a new pitched roof and moving the joists up to create more head room. We extended the porch, bricked up the garage door, new windows and doors, floor screed, new walls and insulation, electrics, plumbing and plastering to create this lovely new space

Lovely kitchen and bathroom renovation carried out in Aldershot.

New kitchen install with plastering, electrics alteration and flooring.
Bathroom been reboarded, tiled walls and flooring, electrics and bathroom install.
New vinyl flooring installed through the kitchen lounge and hall with new skirting to finish this project off.

🔹Bathroom Refurbishments 🔹

A couple bathrooms and toilet refurbishments we carried out at a property on Odiham.
We replaced both shower trays to allow for more room, moved the shower fittings to the adjacent walls with aquapanel boards fitted behind all new tiling and grouting.
We also replaced the sinks and a couple extra fittings around the rooms to make more liveable/useable for the customer.

Another issue was cupboard space, so we formed a new cupboard above the stairwell with door, architrave and plastering.

Wren kitchen project complete in Alton.
Customer removed half the kitchen for us before we started, we removed the rest with the tiles on the wall, first fixed the electrics before plastering all the walls and ceiling. After we plied the floor, fitted the new kitchen, new window sill, 2 new oak doors, completed the electrics, gassed up for the new hob and then fitted a new radiator to finish.
We really like the colours on this kitchen and very pleased with the completed look.
