This is why it’s so important to get your boiler serviced annually. I don’t think this boiler has been looked at since it was fitted in 2007.

It’s been sometime since I’ve had to recharge an Air Conditioning unit. This had leaked its gas via the flare but. Running nice and cold again now!

Unusual to be fitting Air Conditioning this time of year you might think but this Air to Air Heat Pump kicks out 5kw of Heat. All ready for Christmas Day 🎅🏼 dinner in their new Conservetory!!
