Another winning case at The Automotive Expert LTD - Car Key, Locksmith & Diagnostic 🔧🚗

Another successful troubleshooting case that demonstrates machines alone do not fix problems.

This vehicle came in with the central locking not working. A previous diagnostic scan had already been carried out, but no fault codes were stored. There was not even a technical bulletin available for this problem, meaning there was no clear direction for Google searches, AI-based troubleshooting, or known manufacturer fixes.

At Automotive Expert, we followed a proper troubleshooting process using wiring schematics, a structured testing plan, electrical measurements, and the oscilloscope to analyse the wiggle lines (signal patterns). Through accurate testing and system understanding, we identified a faulty component that was not generating any diagnostic trouble codes.

After replacing the faulty component, the central locking system was restored together with the proximity key function, allowing the vehicle to start normally again without placing the key on the emergency reader area.

This is another example showing that diagnostic machines are only tools — knowledge, experience, testing procedures, and understanding how systems operate are what truly solve problems. 👨‍🔧✅〰️
