F Cold Ltd are a fast growing and innovative engineering business who specialise in commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems and we are looking for a new addition to join our fab team.
We have a wide client base to include supermarket chains, restaurants, gymnasiums, coffee shops, offices, commercial factories, private homes, etc. We also represent several manufacturers and other contractors carrying out work on their behalf.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, team player to join us
as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentice.
You will fulfil a role working on an extremely varied portfolio in commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. From cold rooms of all sizes, multi ducted Air Conditioning units, freezers, blast chillers, counter top refrigeration systems to instant ice cream making units.
We are a professional and fun team who invest the time and training where necessary to develop the skills of our team.
We hold job satisfaction as a key foundation and there are many opportunities to progress within our small team.
Description
We are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice to join our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity to enter or continue your career the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience within installation, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of commercial equipment.
The ideal candidate will be presentable with the ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers and have been educated to a minimum of GCSE or equivalent level.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate a technical aptitude.
Experience in an engineering field and a full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
Candidates must be based within easy commuting distance of Basingstoke.
Early starts and long days maybe be involved.
There will be an element of working away depending upon the requirements of the business.
All work is on-site at customer’s premises.
Travelling to and from the sites would be paid, however travelling to and from the office would be the responsibility of the individual.
There will be a lot of early morning starts and long working days over the summer period
Your endurance, stamina and strength will be key to keep you ahead of the game.
However you will gain a depth of experience with us like no other company.
Skills Required
Experience in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry would be an advantage.
Educated to a minimum of GCSE or equivalent level.
Full UK Driver’s License.
A can-do positive attitude.
Excellent organisation and people skills.
Demonstrate desire to provide superior service and go the extra mile.
Not afraid to get hands on and ‘stuck in’.
