Crafting a sanctuary where elegance meets relaxation , and every detail matters . 🛁✨

A beautiful renovation completed to an ensuite bathroom , involving reposition of sanitary ware to suit the customers new design . This involved additional works of relocating current soil pipe on the exterior of the property.

Product sourced and supplied by customer, with Clarkway builders proving installing services in order to make their dream design become the reality .

The final result definitely has the Wow factor !

Stunning new Howdens kitchen fitted this year.

Schedule of work , included removal of solid wall and installation of a new structural steel. This has definitely opened up this room allowing more light and space.

Cabinetry finished in handless matt black, creates a modern look complete with quartz worktops.

To finish we installed Karndean in herringbone layout , a personal favourite of mine. Karndean supplied by Grosvenor carpets

Other work at the property included converting the rear of the garage to a new utility room with new sink, electrics and units. This allowed the customer to free up space in the kitchen moving the washing machine and tumble dryer to the utility area.

Removal of old boiler from the kitchen and fitted a new boiler in the garage.

Transforming a dated master en-suite into a modern , sleek minimalist wet room.

Creation of a shower niche, installation of a rainfall shower and hideaway toilet cistern. New floating sink unit with heated, light up mirror finished off with fully tiling the room.

Wetroom designs require additional planning and careful installation to ensure that the entire area is fully waterproof, always making sure it’s done to the highest standards.

The final result is stunning and our customer is thrilled with the result.

This stunning bathroom transformation has taken the original space from bland and dark to bright spacious and opulent.

Originally a separate toilet and bathroom in a property at the popular estate of Kempshott , we created a single family bathroom to a luxurious but affordable specification . The removal of the internal wall has allowed for full utilisation of the space , including the addition of a separate shower facility.

Work carried out included the addition of new spot lights, repainting of newly plastered bathroom and hallway walls , as well as the fitting of luxury lino flooring.

The existing metal framed windows were also replaced for modern UPVC windows installed to FENSA regulations and signed off with full FENSA certification , a requirement for anyone wishing to sell their home in the future.

Our customer is delighted with her bathroom makeover.

The diary continues to be very busy at the moment and there’s lots of exciting jobs in the pipeline . Here is a little update of some of the recent flooring projects that we have undertaken .

Ranging from luxury vinyls to porcelain and marble bathroom tiles .

Even just a simple change to a floor can really uplift a and transform a room .

We recently completely transformed this en-suite even with the layout remaining the same.

We built in a lovely wall niche, and floating basin.

The concealed toilet cistern helps create space and gives the area a real modern feel .

The use of gloss tiles aids the reflection of light making it feel bright , airy and sleek .

Recent renovation of a home office space. The customers brief was to create a bright and modern working space, to include an accent wall using asymmetrical panelling. In addition there was replacement of skirting architrave and door. Installation of new lighting and tall radiator.

Completed with a stunning grey Karndean laid in a herringbone format with a feature border .

Another beautiful bathroom project recently completed by Clarkway Builders.

The brief was to create a new en-suite bathroom in a listed 13th century property .

The customer wanted the new en-suite to be in keeping with the remainder of the property , which required ageing of new frames to match the existing features of the house .

The final result was simply stunning.
