This mega Indian Sandstone Patio is well underway along with some important jobs to accompany it;

✔️ The Retaining wall with 125mm concrete completed
✔️ Land drain installed
✔️ 3 layers of DPM completed

We are now ready to backfill and continue laying the patio. Looking forward to seeing this project come together!

Damp proof membrane installation now complete, along with 150mm foil insulation and 500-gauge membrane preparation by JP Wharton Ltd.

Underfloor heating has been installed by and everything is now ready for the flowing screed next week.

A full restoration and transformation underway.

The old cement render has been carefully removed, allowing us to repair and restore the damaged areas of the property properly with stitch repair work where needed.

New lead work has also been installed to improve protection and longevity, followed by a new lime render system with a full mesh coat for strength, durability and a flawless finish.

A few final touches and we finally got to say goodbye to the scaffolding.

With the guttering now fitted, we can finally step back and take in the new porch, extension and garage build for what it’s become.

The brick and block work has now been completed by us from damp course, right up to wall plate level, and is now ready for the joiner to complete the roof structure.
