Homeowner called to say they couldnt turn off the shower, we attended and found the splines were completely smoothed, ordered a replacement valve and handle and there back up and running in no time

This customer had an old 937 storage combi which was struggling to keep up with the demand,
It had also been poorly installed and regularly causing the homeowner issues,
So they opted to remove it, and replace it with an ATAG Heating Technology i24S system boiler and 180ltr Unvented cylinder
Coupled with EPH EMBER hot water priority kit,
This set up boasts an 18 Year warranty, to give the homeowner peace of mind for years to come

Here we had a worcester with a failed heat exchanger, beyond economical repair, the client came to us looking for a replacement and liked the thought of an 18 Year warrenty,
So we replaced it with this ATAG Heating Technology economiser 27
This being the most economical boiler on the market (in Europe)
Fitted with a new roof slate, vertical flue, and extensions/clamps ect
Hard water care kit
And a EPH EMBER CP4 for ease of control

New homeowner rang us regarding a leaking hot water cylinder, and an old boiler, he opted for upgrading to a new Combi boiler,
We installed an ATAG i28c with a 18 year warrenty and the most efficient boilers in Europe
Eph controls and a grundfos condensate pump to run the condensate safely without having to run it externally risking it freezing,
We also had to run a new gas pipe

Overall completed over 2 days
Customer very happy and warm
