Large window we made using grade 2 redwood, with a sapele cill. Argon filled double glazed units and Schlegel aq21 weather seals.

Made this wardrobe for a client using MR MDF, tulipwood and beech. Reckon it weighs between 450 - 500kgs in total.

One of my favourite jobs is curved timber beading. We fitted this mirror to hide fake leather books for a customer. After cutting 4mm strips, these were glued and clamped in a template. After 2 days, this was then sanded and run through the spindle moulder to create the profile. The good news was it fitted perfectly and my customer was very pleased. Even better was that there was someone working there who could paint the beading.

Removed old single glazed sash window and fitted new double glazed sash window made with weights. Fitted with new seals so going to be much warmer for the client. Just have a bit of tidying up to do and 2 more windows to go.
