CTS are delighted to have been awarded ISO Certification at the start of 2023 for our engagement to provide quality, environmentally-friendly and safe operations.

A lot of hard work from the team over a long period goes into gaining this accreditation and we are so pleased to have successfully been awarded the following as a Multi-disciplinary construction principal contractor:

ISO 9001 - Quality Management System
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System
ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System

This is a huge indication of how dedicated we are to providing the best possible service and products to our customers and staff both professionally & safely and demonstrates the resilience CTS has, which was particularly highlighted by some of the challenges faced during the pandemic in the last two years.

Managing Director Jamie Dellow would like to add his congratulations to the whole team for this very important milestone with special thanks to Nikki Dellow, Nick Harding, and Paul Cooper for their efforts and support in ensuring this certification was achieved.

CTS are delighted to have attended the opening day of the Eastwood Park Training Facility, officially opened by HRH, The Princess Royal on 4th April 2023.

HRH spent time looking around each of the specialist areas, meeting with many of the key parties involved in the project and the tour of the training centre concluded with an official plaque reveal which will be displayed on the building to commemorate this special event.

Construction Total Solutions Ltd finished construction of the shell, core, finishes and infrastructure of the NHS Training Centre in November 2020. The training facility offers training in a variety of industries including healthcare and engineering and allows students to be fully immersed in simulated real-world environments, including a “live” operating room. The Falfield centre also has a medical gas pipeline system, three types of lifts, high and low voltage labs alongside a large decontamination lab, nine classrooms and a café. Staff say that more people will now be able to access hands-on training that they would not normally be exposed to other than in their normal working environment, usually a hospital.

Managing Director Jamie Dellow said it was "a fantastic day and opportunity to meet HRH Princess Anne. The Princess Royal gave a speech on the how it was important for businesses like Eastwood Park to continue to innovate with modern technology and we couldn't agree more. We thoroughly enjoyed the challenge to be part of such an important and innovative project at Eastwood Park and thank CEO John Thatcher for the construction opportunity and invitation to the opening. We hope to be involved in many more such projects like this in the future!"

CTS is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, Elizabeth II.

Our thoughts and condolences are with The Royal Family and everyone around the world mourning the loss of Her Majesty.

Thank you for all your dedication and service to our country. God save the Queen.

We are very happy to be able to promote Byron at Woolacombe's luxury holiday apartments. The former Regent Hotel in Clevedon, Somerset, has also been recently converted into a mixed use development of 20 apartments and commercial units, by Construction Total Solutions Ltd. The development is a combination of the existing hotel building and a new modern building, complimenting both in elegant style and high quality finishes.

In November 2015 the development was highly commended in the category of Apartment Scheme of the year in the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2015.

Did you know ? The Hotel has been used in recent years as a backdrop to hit ITV drama series Broadchurch, staring Olivia Coleman and David Tennant.

A recent project we are all extremely proud of at Construction Total Solutions is the Conversion of former St Joseph's Grade 2 listed site in West Hill, Portishead, Somerset, providing a mixed scheme of 24 houses and apartments, built on an elevated, sloping site overlooking the Severn estuary.

One of CTS Ltd's recently completed projects. Lily Court is a development comprising of 21 stylish and open plan one and two bedroom apartments.

CTS renovated an existing block of 8 flats, adding two wings and converting the roof to add the further 13 flats.
